The coast of Sani, Blue Flag awarded in 2017, is one of the most popular in Kassandra. It’s way long and has a range of beaches located at both sides of Stavronikita’s Monastery Tower. The golden sandy coast with crystal-clear and shallow waters is ideal for family holidays as it provides all necessary comforts like restaurants, traditional taverns, bars and water sports facilities. Sani is also a good idea for those who like camping, disable access and lifeguard supervision are available, too.
Festivals are frequently organized on this beach and some environmental activities take place in summer, especially on the Day of the Environment, when seminars are held in order to inform people on the importance of keeping beaches clean. The environment around Sani beach is special and has some rare species of flora and fauna.
