This is a wide, sandy beach located in front of the homonymous settlement of Nea Plagia. The area is full of restaurants, beach bars and facilities of water sports and beach volley. Along the beach, there are palm trees and benches for those who want to relax overlooking the sea. Also, the beach is disabled access friendly and has a lifeguard. Nea Plagia beach is connected to the beach of Nea Flogita.
