This hotel enjoys a peaceful location just some 90 m from the sandy beach. Within 50 - 100 m there is a supermarket, various shops, tavernas, and links to the public transport network. The tourist centre of Malia, with its varied entertainment venues and exciting nightlife, is about 400 m from the hotel.

Renovated in 2012, the hotel is built in a typical Cretan style and comprises 13 apartments set over 2 floors. Guests are welcomed in the reception area, where there is a safe. Further facilities include a bar, a café, a pub, and a nightclub. Room and laundry services are on offer, as well as medical assistance. There are parking facilities for those arriving by car.

Different types of apartments are on offer. One option is a studio with a combined living room/bedroom for 2 people. Apartments are available with a combined living room/bedroom and a separate bedroom for 3-4 people, as well as duplex apartments for 3-4 people. All the apartments are furnished with typical Cretan furniture, and feature a balcony or terrace, a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. Further fittings include a fully-equipped kitchen with a cooker, coffee machine, and fridge, and a hire safe. The air conditioning and heating may be individually adjusted.

There are 2 swimming pools in the hotel grounds. Sun loungers and parasols are available at the well-organised sandy beach (some 90 m from the hotel), where a range of water sports are on offer such as windsurfing, water skiing, catamaran sailing, motor boating, sailing, canoeing, and aqua aerobics.
